Acceptable use.
Delo Run gives your agent a real Linux machine with a network connection. That is a lot of capability, and this is where its limits are written down.
Do not use it to
Break the law, or break other people’s systems. Port scanning, credential stuffing, denial of service, spam, and distributing malware are all refused, and so is using the workspace as a hop to hide who is doing them.
Mine cryptocurrency. The compute is metered and sold for agent work; sustained mining is a cost the plan does not cover and will be stopped.
Store or distribute material that is illegal where the service runs, or that you have no right to hold.
Attack Delo Run: probing the isolation between workspaces, its own credentials, or the machine runtime.
Resell the service, or share one account between several people as a way of avoiding the plan’s allowance.
The network
The machine reaches the public internet so that package managers, Git remotes and APIs work. That access is a convenience for your own work, not a general-purpose egress service, and it is not anonymised: requests leave from Cloudflare’s network under this deployment’s account.
We may restrict egress to a limited set of destinations if abuse is observed, and will say so before doing it.
Your responsibilities
You are answerable for what the agent does on your instruction. It runs commands you ask for, with the authority you gave it, on a machine you rent.
Do not put credentials in a workspace that you would not want sent to a model provider: anything the agent reads can end up in a request.
If something goes wrong
An account used against these rules may be suspended while we look into it. We will tell you what we saw and give you a chance to answer, except where doing so would put somebody else at risk.
To report abuse that comes from Delo Run, write to support@delorun.com with what you saw and when; we answer every report.
