Who we are

We are Delo Run. You can reach us at support@delorun.com.

These terms are written in English and Chinese; if the two differ, the English version applies. This is the version of 2026-10-17.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account. An account belongs to one person, who is responsible for what happens through it. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us at once if you think somebody else has it.

If you use Delo Run for a business, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it, and the part of section 8 about business customers applies to you.

Plans, credit and payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew each month until you cancel. There is no free tier and no trial. The prices on the pricing page are the prices you pay, including any VAT we charge.

Each plan includes a monthly credit, spent on included inference and, on plans with machines, Linux machine time at the metered rates on the pricing page. Plan credit resets every month and is spent before purchased top-up credit, which expires twelve months after purchase unless the pricing page states otherwise. Purchased credit can be spent only while you have a plan.

Your monthly limit starts at your plan credit. When it is reached, new work stops and a running turn finishes; you can raise the limit to keep going on purchased credit. Delo Run also has a daily capacity across all customers: when it is reached, included inference and machines start no new work until 00:00 UTC. Work with your own model keys is not affected.

We may change prices and plans. We tell you at least 30 days before a change to your plan’s price takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.

Cancelling

You can cancel a plan, or a top-up, within 14 days of paying for it without giving a reason. Because you ask at checkout for the service to start straight away, we then refund what you paid less the value of what was supplied up to your cancellation: for a plan, the credit and machine time you used and the days of the plan that passed; for a top-up, the credit you used.

To cancel within the 14 days, write to support@delorun.com from your account’s address, or tell us in any other clear way. We refund to the card you paid with within 14 days of hearing from you.

After the 14 days, you can cancel a plan at any time from the billing page. It stays active to the end of the period you have paid for, which is not refunded, and does not renew.

Your work is yours

The files you put in a workspace, and the work the agent produces from them, remain yours. We claim no licence over them beyond what is needed to store them, run the commands you ask for and send your requests to the model providers you use.

You are responsible for having the right to use whatever you put in a workspace.

Suspension and ending

You can delete your account at any time from the account page. Deleting it cancels your plan at once and erases your workspace, as the privacy notice describes.

We may suspend an account that breaks the acceptable use policy or these terms, or that puts the service or other people at risk. We tell you why and give you a chance to answer, unless the law or somebody else’s safety prevents it.

We may end these terms with 30 days’ notice, for example if we stop offering Delo Run. If we end them for a reason other than your breach, we refund the unused part of your current period and your unused purchased credit.

The service

We provide Delo Run with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise a particular availability: a turn may be refused, a machine may restart mid-command, and a feature described on this site may be unavailable for a time.

The agent’s output comes from AI models and can be wrong. Check it before you rely on it, and especially before you run, publish or deploy it.

Do not rely on a workspace as the only copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. The agent can reach your Git remotes; use them.

Model providers, plugins, GitHub and other services you connect are provided by others under their own terms. We are responsible for how Delo Run connects to them, not for the services themselves.

Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, and, if you are a consumer, not for business losses such as lost profit.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you use Delo Run for a business, our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in those 12 months.

Changes to these terms

The product changes often. If we change these terms in a way that affects you materially, we tell you on your account page, and by email where we can, at least 30 days before the change takes effect; you can cancel before then.

Complaints and the law

If something is wrong, tell us first at support@delorun.com; we answer within 14 days.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts where you live.
